Polis Co-Founder & President Nominated for Distinguished Teaching Award

Polis Co-founder and President Jonathan Wender was nominated for the 2016 Distinguished Teaching Award at the University of Washington. This award is the highest teaching distinction a faculty member can receive at the University of Washington, and acknowledges commitment to providing students with robustly effective instruction and contribution to teaching, learning, and discovery in and beyond the classroom. Jonathan holds a dual appointment in the Department of Sociology and Law, Societies, and Justice Programs. This is his second time being nominated for this award.
